A PETA scientist/shareholder challenged Pfizer executives from the floor of the April 25, 2019 annual meeting over the company's failure to adopt a no-forced-swim-test policy, alongside an outside protest. PETA later announced (undated precisely in sources reviewed) that Pfizer banned the test; the exact ban date and whether a formal 14a-8 resolution (as opposed to floor engagement) was filed at Pfizer specifically were not confirmed.
