Why shareholder democracy is independent
Capacity-building support is delivered through ODA and multilateral technical assistance, which the UNSDG Report tracks as part of official flows. Consulting and technology contractors implement some programs. Nothing documented shows corporate conduct or lobbying determining the level of capacity-building support, and no shareholder resolution on the topic is on record. There is no corporate or lobbying lever for this target.
