T1International co-filed a 2024 shareholder proposal at Eli Lilly, led by Trinity Health, asking the company to set up and report on a way of weighing what extending a patent monopoly would do to patients' ability to get its medicines. Its executive director spoke publicly for the filing, saying that access to insulin is a human right and that Eli Lilly and other insulin makers have kept prices too high.
