Build a community of values-aligned family offices, endowments, philanthropists, and foundations to support civil society organizations in becoming representatives in our emerging shareholder democracy. Partner with established and emerging financial service companies to develop the necessary shareholder voting infrastructure.

Network

Convene and support civil society organizations to collaboratively develop shareholder voting policies, comprehensive voting recommendations, management engagement strategies, and get-out-the-vote campaigns that champion their members' values.

Movement

Coordinate campaigns to reach all shareholders and mobilize shareholder voting. Lower barriers to participation with shared learning, assets, and voting infrastructure. Scale the movement through established relationships with the millions of existing members of our many partner civil society organizations.
