Files shareholder resolutions. In November 2013 Oxfam filed a resolution at PepsiCo, alongside the AFL-CIO, Trillium Asset Management and other investors representing more than 1.4 trillion dollars in assets, asking the board to publish an annual report on land rights in the company's supply chains and to adopt a zero tolerance policy on land rights violations. In March 2014 PepsiCo committed to five actions on land rights, including following free, prior and informed consent, disclosing its top suppliers and commissioning third-party assessments in its major sourcing countries.
